Opportunity to career
Building Career Pathways Through Workforce Development
At CIVN, workforce development begins long before the first job application. We introduce young people and adults to careers they may never have known existed — then help them get there.
From opportunity to long-term career
Through partnerships with organizations like Advanced Preparatory International (API), Jack and Jill, community organizations, and Dallas College, CIVN actively recruits students and adults interested in building careers in high-demand technical fields.
Our goal is to remove the barriers that prevent people from pursuing these opportunities. We connect eligible participants with scholarships, workforce resources, and licensing support so they can move from training into meaningful employment.
